Pete Abraham banned me

Just got an e-mail from Pete Abraham at LoHud Yankees blog.  He told me I am banned from commenting on his blog because I signed in as “Pete’s Belly”. The e-mail thread went as follows:

“Tim:

So you’re making a anonymous fat jokes?

Next time, pretend you’re a man and try and have the guts to say it to my
face. We both know what a coward you are now. Live with that.

Get over yourself.  Have you looked in the mirror lately?  You are fat.
Live with that.  You don’t even know me so please don’t question my courage.
It’s pretty obvious you’re not a super model.  Guess what, I’m short.  We
are what we are.  If you don’t wanna be fat, go on a diet.  It’s not my
fault.  If you wanna make a short joke go ahead.  I thought you had a sense
of humor, but guess I was mistaken.

I thought it was hilarious that he took it so seriously. The funniest part is the “read my blog” link at the bottom of his reply. Have you seen Pete?  C’mon.  Really.   Most of his posts are childish and he does not like to be disagreed with.  He has sent me many nasty e-mails in the past because I disagreed with his opinions.    Every once in awhile I would post something just for fun, but I won’t miss it.  I can comment on other blogs and newspaper articles and post my opinions here.  Anyone can disagree with me and I won’t mind.  I am mature enough to accept other opinions and I respect others’ opinions.  Banned by Pete Abraham!  I am still laughing as I write this.
